We don't believe you can really get to know somebody by
just emailing or speaking over the phone. Instead,
we like to meet our candidates face-to face
at assessment centres run here in our London offices.
The purpose of the assessment is to inform you about the various aspects of the media sales industry, looking at career progression and what personality traits can make you successful in media sales.
Our consultants will be looking out for potential 'media sales stars' who have researched the industry, are outgoing and confident, good team players and under no illusions about the work and training involved to reach the top, i.e. practising face-to-face presentations,
brainstormingnew ideas and high revenue generating
negotiation.
